As a subsidiary of Habcon Enterprises LLC, Liberty Roofs LLC operates in association with Habcon Builders and Habcon Windows & Doors, and these Terms apply to all users engaging with our services.

1. Services Provided

Liberty Roofs LLC provides roofing services, including but not limited to:

✔️ Storm damage restoration

✔️ Flat, metal, tile, and slate roofing solutions

✔️ Gutter cleaning and maintenance

✔️ Emergency roofing services

All services are subject to availability and may require an inspection before a final quote is provided.

2. Estimates & Payments

✔️Free estimates are provided for residential and commercial roofing services.

✔️Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

✔️A deposit may be required before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

✔️Payments must be made via cash, check, credit card, or approved financing options.

✔️Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

✔️Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at [email protected].

✔️Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

✔️Deposits on materials or custom orders are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

✔️If a customer is dissatisfied with service, Liberty Roofs LLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but does not guarantee refunds for completed work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth roofing service, customers must:

✔️Provide accurate information regarding project details and property access.

✔️Remove any obstacles that may interfere with the roofing process.

✔️Notify us of any pre-existing roof issues, such as leaks or structural damage, before work begins.

Liberty Roofs LLC is not responsible for issues arising from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

5. Warranties & Liabilities

✔️Liberty Roofs LLC provides warranties on workmanship, which vary by service type and materials used. Warranty details will be provided in writing upon request.

✔️We are not liable for damages caused by extreme weather, unforeseen structural issues, or third-party modifications after service completion.

✔️Any modifications or repairs made by another contractor void our warranty.

6. Emergency Roofing Services

✔️Emergency services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

✔️Emergency repairs are intended as temporary solutions, and further work may be required for a permanent fix.

✔️Customers will be provided with a full assessment and repair options after emergency services are completed.

7. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree that you will not:

✔️Submit false information in quote or contact forms.

✔️Attempt to interfere with our website’s functionality or security.

We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content at our discretion.
